Shipping Policy

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 12:00 midday (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 midday, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

UK Shipping

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48, depending on the option you select at checkout.

  • Tracked 24: Aims to deliver the next working day.

  • Tracked 48: Aims to deliver within 2 working days.

Please note: Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and other remote areas may take longer.

Rates: Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free delivery may be offered on selected products, as shown on the product page.

Europe Shipping

We ship to selected countries in Ireland/Europe using Royal Mail international services.

  • Estimated delivery time: up to 10 working days (normally sooner).

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

  • We do not collect sales taxes for Ireland/Europe, therefore, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by their country.

How to Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this to track your order on the Royal Mail website.

If you haven’t received your order within:

  • 10 working days (UK), or

  • 20 working days (Europe),

Please contact us at help@ruralview.uk with your name and order number.

Damaged, Late or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at help@ruralview.uk as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damage. We handle these on a case-by-case basis but will always work towards a fair resolution.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued for the product price, excluding return shipping costs (unless the product is faulty — see our Returns & Warranty Policy).
