Our Multi-SIM will automatically connect your camera using the best 4G network where you are. This can save the hassle of finding which provider works best where you. You can add multiple SIMs on to the same account and share the data, perfect for larger solutions.
If connecting with 4G, you will need to insert an activated 4G sim card into the camera. The 4G camera provides internet to the camera which allows you to remotely access it.
Our cameras are completely unlocked. You can use any 4G SIM card in the camera.
This depends on how often you access your camera via the app. Most of our customers use 1-2GB of data per month. Our Multi-SIM provides you with 7 hours of access to your camera per month.
Our Multi-SIM costs £11.99 per month and connects to all the networks in the UK. If you go for a single SIM provider, costs are between £8-14 per month.
We suggest using the Ofcom signal checker. Our cameras do not need much bandwidth to get online. Our Multi-SIM illuminates any signal problems as it always connects to the best network.
Questions about camera & app functionality.
The app is completely free to use, there are no monthly charges to use the app. All footage is stored on an memory card in the camera so there are no cloud storage fees. If you are using a 4G camera, you will have to pay monthly for data.
You can have as many devices connected to one camera as you need. However, you can only have four concurrent users accessing the camera at one time.
You can set our cameras to only record when movement/human is detected or you can have our cameras record footage 24/7.
You can access all your recorded footage through the app. You do not need to remove the SD card.
The camera will automatically overwrite the oldest footage with the newest footage on the camera, so there is no need to manually delete recordings.

You can connect your camera into a single free to use app, CamhiPro. The app can downloaded on any Apple or Android phone or tablet. You can find the full instructions on how to download and use the app on our setup page.
You can connect any many cameras as you wish into the CamhiPro app. You can watch each camera separately or view up to four cameras live in a split screen view.
Questions about how you can power our cameras.
Yes, our camera comes with a 3-pin UK power supply that is 0.5m long. If you do not have a socket close by rou may require a 12v power extension cable.
Our camera can run off a 12v leisure battery. You can use our leisure battery connectors to clip onto your battery and plug directly into you camera.
You can use our battery calculator on our camera power usage page to find out how long your camera will run on a leisure battery.
Our solar bunldes provide a maintenance free off-grid experience, simply plug and play. If you fancy a more DIY approach, you can set up your camera using a leisure battery, solar charge controller and solar panel. We do no sell this, but will be happy to advise if you get in contact.
