The app is free to use, there are no monthly costs. If you opt for our 4G version, you will need to pay monthly for data.
Your camera only uses data when you access it through the app. Our Multi-SIM costs £11.99 per month which gives you 7-hours of access to your camera.
Our Multi-SIM connects to EE, O2, Vodafone and Three automatically for ease and reliability.
If you decide to go for a single network, this will cost between £8-12 per month.
Our cameras are unlocked to use any UK network. However, we recommend our Multi-SIM as it connects to all the networks in the UK to provide the best signal to your camera at all times.
All of your recordings are saved directly on your camera. You access all of your recordings through the app.
You can add the camera to as many devices as you like, free of charge. There is a limit of four concurrent users at a single time, depending on network bandwidth.
The mains power adapter has 50cm of cable, you can purchase seperate extension leads to get extra distance between your power source and camera.
Our cameras do not have a built-in battery. They do need a constant power supply. If you do not have mains power, you can run your camera from one of our solar kits or a 12v leisure battery.
