After you have activated your Multi-SIM and inserted it in your camera, the sim card will automatically choose the best network where the camera is installed. This saves having to test which provider works best in your area.

We've noticed, as 4G networks are being upgraded to 5G, a much higher number of masts going down across the UK.

If your local mast goes down, our Multi-SIM will automatically connect to second best provider. 

As our SIM card can connect to ALL available masts in the UK, this means you'll never be without access to your camera.

Unlike other SIM providers where a separate contract is required per 4G camera, you can add multiple Multi-SIM's to the same plan for a fraction of the price.

There is a £4.50 fee per month for every extra sim. All of the sim cards under your account will share out of your subscribed 7 hour data pool. This can save you £100s over the years.

We found that our customers do not use more than 7 hours of streaming per month. This equates to ~15 minutes of access per day. 

If you're viewing your camera in standard definition (as opposed to high definition), you'll get more out of your streaming hours. Viewing and downloading footage stored on the SD Card will also use your streaming time.

Don't worry, your camera will continue to record footage and function as normal. You will just lose live access and will no longer get notifications.

If you access your camera a little more one month, you can buy a one-off streaming add-on.

You'll have 30-days to use your streaming add-on from purchase date. Add-ons start at £2.50 for 2 streaming hours.
